Raving Fit is an old skool, aerobic based disco workout. Music ranges from old skool 90’s classics to the latest dance techno tunes.

This class does NOT feel like a workout as you sweat and squat surrounded by disco lights. If you want a long weekend join us for a Monday funday but without all the alcoholic calories!
