The Jungle Body

The Jungle Body class has it all! It combines boxing, dance, HIIT, plyometrics, strength, pilates, core / abs and much more. Including music from every genre and covering all generations this class is extremely popular due to its fun, high energy atmosphere.

Each track is very easy to follow as they each include only 4-5 moves. Be sure not to miss Jungle Body every Thursday!

Music ranges from old skool 90’s classics to the latest dance techno tunes.This class does NOT feel like a workout as you sweat and squat surrounded by disco lights with glow sticks in hand It’s an ultimate raving fitness experience. Join us for a Monday funday but without all the alcoholic calories!

Gboxing

GBoXing is an energetic cardio workout done to all your favourite GBX anthems!
