Full Body Body workout class designed to push you as hard as you can and track your progress. 

It is a strength based resistance HIIT workout which uses dumbbells and body weight to assist in building muscle mass and reducing body fat. You will need dumbbells or bottles of water/tins of beans

  • Each class is 30minutes which is incredibly time efficient while still being very effective.
