Kettlebells and bands is a strength based resistance workout which uses kettlebells and resistance bands to assist in building muscle and reducing body fat. It will help change your body shape and increase your strength.

This class has produced an outstanding amount of amazing body transformations. Each class is only 30 minutes which is incredibly time efficient while still being very effective.

Beginners generally start with a 4-6kg kettlebell.
