Would highly recommend SW fitness. I started off with attending Ladies That Lift class that Steph does which is a great small class of 6 which helps you gain confidence in the gym and also a great workout. Please don't think it's all heavy weights etc everyone does which ever weight feels best for them. Going to these classes made me confident enough to start going to the gym on my own which now I realise it is such a friendly place. Everyone who attends talks away and makes you feel welcome along with the SW Fitness team. Staff always remember your face which is a nice thing and so easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend!!
Absolutely love all my fitness classes with Steph. The gym is also so friendly and positive. Always someone there to lend a hand should you need it. Loving meeting loads of new friends as well

You can feel a motivational energy as you walk through the door
Finally found a gym that I don’t dread the thought of going to! The atmosphere instantly makes you ready for a workout & you feel comfortable whilst doing so. The mutual respect between members is clear to see and you feel at ease. The effort and encouragement from staff is fantastic and makes you even more determined to push yourself when your in, I’ve even started trying to make a spin class every week, (which a year ago I would of been mortified to do as confidence was at an all time low) cant recommend joining and getting involved enough!
